An astonishingly, self-accomplished guitar playing composer, Tony Bailey, sometimes brings his fans to a place where they remember players like Jimi Hendrix and some even said Lonnie Mack. Tony has developed a uniquely eclictic and fire-charged style that creeps out at you, forcing his audiences to pay attention.
Born and raised in the Caribbean Island of St Vincent, Tony Bailey began playing guitar as a child, inspired by a Pastor in his church. Tony has concentrated ever since on playing and sometimes teaching others to play the guitar. He has also done some musical arranging on some of his compositions.
Tony Bailey, is one of the founders of a touring band, Krosfyah (pronounced crossfire), and one of the best in Barbados. Tony has been traveling/performing with his band throughout Europe, Caribbean and the United States for 14+ years. Tony is the band’s lead guitarist.
A man of immeasurable talent, Tony, affectionately called “Rebel” by his band members and others, has provided his band members with many compositions for their recorded productions and continues to do so. Rebel is so full of character and personality that he can be described as intense. His musical background is hard rock and the blues.
